This simple-to-operate, dual-use device makes dry herb vaping simple with two intuitive heating modes, a sizeable OLED display screen, replaceable batteries and a thoroughly compact design-build! If discretion is important to your dry herb experience, the V3 Pro is perfect for vaping on the down low! 

Powered by a removable 18650 battery, and easily recharged via USB-C, the V3 Pro offers a one-hour runtime. If you keep spare 18650 batteries charged and on hand, you can easily swap the battery for back-to-back sessions! The V3 Pro utilises a hybrid heating system of 75% conduction and 25% convection to ensure even heating of your herb, full extraction of active components, and an inhale of delicious flavour!

The V3 Pro has a temperature range of 100-220°C, and can be adjusted in single-degree increments for the perfect inhale from your herb! The V3 Pro boasts two unique heating modes; session mode and on-demand heating mode. Session mode allows you to enjoy your herb in four or six-minute sessions, automatically shutting off the device after the session is over. On-demand mode allows you to vape from the device at an exact temperature for as long as you hold the button (maximum 30 seconds); allowing you to enjoy your herb at the perfect sweet spot!

The mouthpiece of the V3 Pro is fitted with a fully ceramic airpath, ensuring pure and authentic flavour paired with cool vapour production. The mouthpiece also operates as a pick tool, allowing for convenient unpacking of your oven chamber. Each V3 Pro is fitted with a stainless steel convection oven and includes a concentrate pod.

The large OLED display screen on the face of the device keeps you in-the-know on your current battery level, heating mode, session timer, current temperature as well as your desired temperature.

Great device so far

Great product just unfortunate the dosage pods were sold out at time of purchase

Xmax V3 Pro

Decent for a beginner or if you don't want to spend too much. Battery doesn't last long before it needs charging so have a spare battery on hand. It takes a few puffs before you really get the first hit. Have to try different techniques to find whats best for you, e.g. Length of puff and I cover some of the air holes to get a better pull. The main downfall is not being able to adjust the Airflow, but it's still a good vape for the price. I've only tried one strain in it so far so I'm interested to see if there's any difference.

Appreciate the thorough feedback, Nic! The V3 Pro is definitely a great starting device for new users on a budget. I've personally found with most devices that usually by the third draw does the vapour production really starts to ramp up. Covering the vents whilst inhaling is some great advice that I'm sure we can share to users who are looking for some more resistance on their pulls.

The Starry 4 device from XMAX sits at a similar price point to the V3 Pro and does include an adjustible airflow slider. This device does however utilise a form-factor quite different from the V3 Pro (I have a preference to the pen-style V3 Pro myself).

Good starter vape

The physical size is smaller than i thought it was going to be based off other reviews, definitely portable. Still learning to use it properly but so far I like it, great price too.

Ticks all the boxes

Definitely more discreet and easier to carry than some of the dry herb vaporizers out there. Easy to use with a slight learning curve. But I'm sure I'll get the hang of it in no time. Still have to try out the WPA, super keen for that as I've been a bong ripper for as long as I can remember. Super impressed by this device so far. Would recommend it to anyone looking to make the switch from smoking to vaping.
