New Zealand Shipping Options

VAPELAB offers free, overnight shipping options on NZ orders (excl. Rural delivery), and as long as your order is placed prior to 2.00 pm, there is a pretty good chance you’ll receive it the next business day!

If you need your vape gear by the weekend, Saturday delivery is available to New Zealand customers for a small additional cost.

 

Same day dispatch:

Same day dispatch is guaranteed on all orders placed prior to 2.00 pm NZT (excluding public holidays and weekends). If you miss this deadline, there is a chance your order may still be dispatched on the same day if it is placed before our NZ Post courier makes their regular pick up (anytime between 2.00 - 5.00 pm). Otherwise, your order will be dispatched the following business day.

From July 1 2021, NZ Post/Courier Post will require an age-restricted R18 sticker to be applied to all courier parcels containing vape related products.

This R18 sticker indicates to your courier driver that the contents of your parcel are intended for persons 18+. As a result, your courier driver may ask to see your ID upon delivery to verify your age. This means you will no longer be able to give your courier driver authority to leave your parcel.

Australia Shipping Options

Due to Australia's regulatory changes regarding nicotine importation, taking effect March 1 2024, VAPELAB is no longer able to ship vape products of any nature to Australia. For any questions or further information, please feel free to get in touch with us here.

 

International Shipping Options

We offer international shipping to almost all countries but please check your local importation laws for nicotine vaping products before placing an order. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.
