VAPELAB NZ is an essential service as we provide New Zealand with a safer alternative to smoking with our vape products. During COVID-19 Alert Level 4, our two Wellington vape shops are closed for in-store shopping and click & collect; however, our online store remains fully operational, dispatching all orders as usual. 

This means during Level 4, you can order your vape products online for contactless delivery with no issue! We have a number of payment options available including Credit/Debit Card and Bank Deposit. We also offer PoliPay, as well as Zip (which offers interest free part-payment plans). So no matter how you prefer to pay online, we’ve got you covered!

All New Zealand orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day, typically this service is overnight, and we are hearing from many customers that this has not changed during these heightened alert levels! However, please be prepared for the possibility that you may experience some small delays with your shipment due to the increased pressure on the postal service at these times.

The health and safety of our team and our customers is paramount which is why we will be undertaking all necessary precautionary measures during Level 4, in line with the NZ Government’s recommendations.

Our two Wellington vape shops will reopen again at Level 3, with contactless payments and click & collect available.
